Other Structures

This coverage protects detached structures on the property, such as garages, storage sheds, and fences.


Landlord’s Personal Property

This coverage includes items you own and use to maintain the rental, such as appliances, lawn equipment, or tools stored on-site. (Please note that it does not cover your tenant’s belongings.)


Loss of Rental Income (Fair Rental Value)
